Gazette is a 100% upcycled wall lamp, the new furniture brand MUD’s first lamp. This upcycled lamp is the result of the work of a young and talented creative team that formed during a workshop at École Boulle (directed by Aurore Menival, teacher of design and craft). At the request of MUD, three students Maximilien Bidault, Vianney Bouard and Tom Even, worked hard to give a second life to the metal tiles from the ceiling of a major national newspaper. The lamp, called Gazette of course, creates a subdued and graphic atmosphere. The light and luminous patterns are dictated by its 360° rotation. This minimalist object with its geometric and pure form is a flashback to the conventions of the 80s.
